Our lovely old village house is situated in the centre of the beautiful village of Roquebrun in the Orb Valley, Herault.

The house is large and airy and is situated over 3 floors. It has 3 double bedrooms, a double play/bedroom, and a further double ensuite enclosed terrace room at the top of the house.

A flight of stone steps lead into a huge modern kitchen with all facilities and appliances, including large fridge/freezer, cooker and dishwasher, and large woodburning stove set into a huge open fireplace - ideal for a long winter let, or a special Christmas/New Year break.

There is also a dining area with table and chairs in the kitchen.

An automatic front loading washing machine is situated in the first floor shower room, and there is a further ensuite bathroom with a bath, walk in shower and separate toilet on the 2nd floor.

A separate sitting room with DVD, and leading to a further room that could be used for sleeping/and or play/rumpus room.

Outside there are 2 completely enclosed private stone walled terraces - these terraces are perfect for younger children to play in complete privacy.
