Located in Valras Plage directly over looking the beach only 40 metres away with immediate access to the Beach and all facilities. The appartment sleeps 4 adults, there is one double bedroom that sleeps 2 adults and in the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed.

There is an excellent sea view from the Balcony and living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped, dining furniture is supplied so that it is possible to eat in doors out of the Sun or outside on the balcony enjoying the wonderful view of the beach Promanade and Pier.

There is plenty of free parking around the Appartment. Located by the Pier the Promanade beach and Yacht Mariner. All shps and Markets are a minutes or 2 walk away from the appartment.

The Beach has showers directly in front of the appartment and is patrolled by life guards. The access to the water from the beach is very shallow so the beach is suitable for young children.

There is a play area in front of the appartment.

Linnen is not provided but can be rented for a small fee if needed.
