This old winery, is located amongst vineyards and 100 metres from a river. Located in the National Park Languedoc, it is at the end of a quiet Cul-de-sac, with a private garden of 900 square meters.

It has a large terrace with French windows opening out on it from the living room, down from the terrace there is a tunnela with tables and chairs. The tunnela is covered with leaves to offer natural shade to eat under during the hot midday summer sun.

The garden is safe for children and animals as it is surrounded by a garden fence and pine trees adding security and privacy. There are also trees in the garden which offering natural shelter from the sun when required.

Further along from the house through the vineyards and fields is a large Gorge with winding river which passes by the house. Local people and visitors prefer to Swim in the river rather than local swimming Pools. Surrounded by mountains, the house has great views from the terrace. The air is fresh and clear, and free from noise and pollution.

The inside of the house comes with double bed room and a single room with bunk beds. The house is very clean and has recently been decorated to a high standard. The fully equipped kitchen is new and has large Gas Cooker and electric oven. In the garden there is a barbecue.
A cleaning service can be provided for an additional fee if required.

The nearest town centre with shops and services is 7kms away.

The nearest village (Medieval) is 4km away, and has high a quality restaurant and a market selling fresh local produce. The river by the house is private and secluded - great for dipping into and cooling off. Swimming Pools are located in the area, and the surrounding area is great for trekking and climbing.

Located in nearby Medieval village is a high class restaurant, part of an old. The local town, Bedarieux, has many restaurants and bars. The Mountainous area is well known all over, people come from a far to enjoy the Natural beauty of the National Park.

Just along from the house is a winding Gorge with river, great for swimming. Located Amongst Vineyards in a rural setting.
