land near beautiful village of olargues in the orb valley with planning permission

this piece of land is in the most amazing location. On the edge of  a small stone village and within 40 minutes of the mediterranean coast with all its beaches; in a special area with a wonderful warm and sunny climate, which you cannot fail to fall in love with when you see it. We did.It is also near the St Chinian wine-growing region. Olargues is a mediaeval village nearby. Situated on the river with markets,cafes and all commodities. In the summer it comes alive with fantastic music festivals and other events.

The river orb winds through the most beautiful countryside - the kayaking can be great -  with 29 k of gentle but exciting travel all the way down to the lovely village of Roquebrun with its restaurants. herons flying in front of you as you glide along.

On the edge of the Haut-Languedoc National Park, the Gorges of Heric and Colombieres are also nearby - lovely for cooling off in that med climate.

we have architect-designed plans, agreed, for a 3-bed  167m2 villa and garage with balcony overlooking the views. it is near the top of the land, so there are great opportunities for landscaping. You can, of course submit other plans if you do not want to use these. there is even a bonus of some department land adjoining, which is wooded and effectively yours to play in!
