This peaceful and romantic house is ideally situated between sea and mountains along the walls of a delightful fortified medieval village. The house is full of character with natural stone walls and timber beams and enjoys beautiful views over the countryside. There is a light and airy raised ground floor with 55m² of open plan living area. You can access lovely walks direct from the house along streams, through wooded hillsides and the colourful patchwork of vineyards. The area abounds with picturesque medieval villages with local markets and castles. Close by is Pezenas, described as one of the most beautiful towns in the French south west with its fine architecture and surprisingly inexpensive restaurants.

The village is situated in gently undulating countryside ideal for cycling. Two bicycles, stored in the large cellars, are provided for exclusive guest use.

Or you can simply slow down, relax and soak in the peaceful ambience of the local lifestyle, sitting in the house's enclosed quiet, private and sunny 40m² walled courtyard garden with a glass of wine and meals taken al fresco.
