This little old stone cottage has been renovated to a very high standard and offers couples all year comfort and space in a pretty village with lovely views.

From the moment you walk into the house you will feel at home.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, bed side tables and lamps, wardrobe and fan and radiator.
The shower room has a shower, wc, wash basin with mirror above, heated towel rail and washing machine.
Upstairs to the large living room is a comfortable sofa, 2 arm chairs, english tv, dvd/cd player, log burner, readiator and south facing window looking over the village roof tops.
Upstairs to the well equipped kitchen/diner with hob and electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave and all the utensils you would need including a coffee machine. From the kitchen/diner you walk out onto the wonderful roof terrace which is very private and has views over the countryside that surrounds the village. There is a dining table, gass bar-be-que and 2 sunloungers.
Parking is approx 50 mts away. Nearest shops 10 minutes drive. The large open air pool at Fosse is less than 3kms from the house, it is open July and August 6 afternoons per week.

"La Terrasse" is situated in the village of Le Vivier which is in the heart of the stunning Fenouilledes region and Cathar country. The Fenouilledes are known for thier huge wine production and stunning scenery steeped in history.
The region offers something for everyone, be it lazy days on the roof terrace with a good book, walking one of the many tracks, white water rafting, rock climbing, visiting a superb Cathar Chateau or swimming at the coast. You will enjoy the relaxing and laid back way of life.
