This is area is abundant in natural beauty. Lots of hiking trails, mountain biking, 50 mins to the the Mediterraen, Skiing is an easy 50 min drive to the slopes. Andorra and Spain are an easy day trip for shopping and sight seeing.

We are located at the foot of the sacred Catalan Mountain 'le Canigou'.

The famous Little Yellow Train (Petit Train Jeune) is 10 mins from Vernet, Forts, Medieval villages are on our door step.

Our house is 1 minute from the Place du Republic, the centre of the town where there is a lively market held three times a week. Restaurants, bars, bakeries and the office of Tourism. The village is renowned for its Local Thermes, it was also the first Arboretum in France, with over 2000 trees planted in the village.

About the House:
We have a 4 bedroom house on 4 floors, we are located at the top of the village, just below the 11 Century Church and the views are magnificent.

The lower level bedroom has a double bed with an en suite, the laundry with washing machine and dryer are also located here.

The second level has the master bedroom with an new bathroom. There is also a study or additional small bedroom on this level.

The 3rd level is the main living area complete with dishwasher, microwave and views! There is also the main shower (recently rennovated) and toilet on this level.

The fourth level is the final bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a great kids room - with probably the best views in the house.

This is a great family home and has everything you need.
