Fully renovated farmhouse with separate barn and swimming pool surrounded by meadows, farms and vineyards

Accommodation details
The house is on three floors and sleeps 4 people.
The adjacent barn, on two floors, allows parties of up to 11 to enjoy La Noisette.


Ground Floor
Fully fitted kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, and large farmhouse table seating up to 8. On this floor there is also a bathroom with bath and WC, and utility area.


1 st Floor
The large salon takes up the whole of the 1st floor, and is furnished with a number of French country antiques as well as comfortable modern sofa and chairs. Here guests will find satellite television, stereo CD and tape player, and a collection of English and French books. The large traditional fireplace has a wood-burning stove, and exposed beams and stone features add to the charm of this room. Dial up internet access is available.


2 nd Floor
One double and one twin bedroom, which share a shower room with WC


The Barn
Never rented separately, the barn offers three additional bedrooms, two with double beds, one with a double and single bed. There is also a shower room with WC.


Other facilities
The grounds include a 'figure of eight' shaped swimming pool with terrace, and an enchanting walled garden adjacent to the house. The swimming pool is now protected by a wall and fence (not shown in the photo) so children can not access the pool unaccompanied. Garden furniture, sun-beds and a barbeque are available for guest's use.

Please note that the attic bedrooms are not suitable for guests taller than 6 foot 2 inches. Steep open stairs down to the kitchen also mean that the house is not ideal for young children

Payment accepted in euros or pounds by cheque, bank transfer or credit card. Please note that although we do not surcharge deposit payments, we are obliged to surcharge final payments made by credit card by 1.5%.

Prices are per week, inclusive of linen, towels,water, electricity and gas. We reserve the right to levy a surcharge if you require heating or firewood (*except over Christmas/New year when cost of heating is included).

Babysitting, welcome hamper, cook and maid service are available on request.
