In the centre of the garden is a wooden pergola supporting Honeysuckle, Clematis, Jasmine and Passion Flower and compete with a wooden picnic table and benches where you and your guests can sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the most beautiful sunsets over the valley.

To the side of the house there is an enclosed vegetable and fruit garden and a gate leading into the orchard (great for keeping chickens). This leads to a wood and then into two open fields which would easily accommodate horses if you so desired.  There is also vehicular access to the fields from the lane giving an additional private entrance to the house.

The Area is:~ The Creuse, Limousin in Central France, known as ‘The Lake District of France’ due to the number of wonderful lakes and rivers in the area.  The River Creuse itself runs right through this area and boasts three beautiful dammed lakes which offer everything from peaceful walks on the banks all year round to water sports, canoeing, fishing, swimming, etc during the summer.
