Moulin de Sardeix is a 19th century renovated water mill at the river La Petite Creuse, one of a huge network of flour
mills which flourished in the 19th century.
The house is surrounded by 40.000 m2 of private land along the river. Tranquil surroundings, just the soothing SOUND of the river flowing and the birds whistling.
No roads.... cul the sac.

The hayloft has been renovated into a very comfortable loft for 2 PERSONS. Great view on the river and weir.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, 2 double beds, cd player.
Lots of dvd's in the loft.
Bicycles and rowing boat.
