In the centre of Budelière, on the border of the Limousin and the Auvergne, the municipality has prepared a terrain for 22 building plots on which durable houses can be built that are environment-friendly.

This project, which is unique in the region, will form a separate quarter within Budelière with its own entrance, fully enclosed by both existing nature and trees that are yet to be planted.

It is the council's purpose to realise this project with material that is environment-friendly, clean heating systems and the use of clean (solar) energy. The use and drainage of water, as well as the storage of rainwater, will be done with respect to the surrounding nature.

Budelière would prefer the future habitants to be a mix of both different generations and backgrounds.

There is a lot of freedom in the type of houses that can be developed in this project. The most important condition is that the whole building process and all materials used are ecological and durable.

Plots and Prices:

Below you see the plan with the 22 plots on it.
The sizes of the building plots vary from about 350 to 1,100 m².
The council of Budelière kept the prices as low as possible; the plots will be sold at just € 18,45 per square meter, including VAT.
That means plots are available from about € 6.300,--.
