The gîte is a former barn attached to our house. The interior is a modern living space comprising of an open plan kitchen/dinning/living room, 3 bedrooms (double, twin and single), shower room and two toilets.

Our price includes local taxes, water, up to 20 units (20 kWh) of electricity per day, cleaning products, the hire of bed linen, tea towels, bath and hand towels.

The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric oven, induction hob and a family sized fridge/freezer. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are supplied. With a wood burning heater in the living area and electric heaters in all rooms together with two electrically heated towel rails in the bathroom. Outside there is a private garden, barbecue area and a dining table seating 6 people. We also have childrens swings, a trampoline and a 5 meter (16') pool.
