A COUNTRY HOLIDAY PARK WITH 4 LOG CABINS AND A HEATED POOL, A TRADITIONAL STONE COTTAGE, BARNS AND OUTBUILDINGS, ALL SET IN 8 ACRES OF PARKLAND AND FOREST. The holiday let business has been established since July 2007, the number of day's let has increased considerably each year. It consists of 4 lodges of 35m² floor area each. Each lodge is fully equiped and consists of a living area with kitchen elements, two double bedrooms and one shower room with toilet. There is gas central heating in each of them. A fifth log cabin has been turned into a laundry containing a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. It also acts as an information room where tourist brochures are provided. The 50m3 swimming pool is solar heated and has an all-weather enclosure which allows guests to swim between May and October usually. The main house is a traditional stone cottage that was renovated in 2003/2004. It is about 40m² on each level. The ground floor is open plan with a kitchen, a dining area and a lounge. A traditional stone fireplace with a log burner provides heating for the ground floor. The first floor has a large double bedroom, a shower room with toilet and a storage room. To the second floor are two bedrooms, one of them has a roof terrace. Two separate barns and various outbuildings are also included with the property. One of the barns has been fitted out with various workshops and storage areas and has a garage extension on the back. In total there are about 8 acres of gardens, fields and wooded areas attached to the property. The property is set in a pretty and tranquil hamlet only 5km from the N145 and 20km from Gueret, the administrative capital of the Creuse.
