The garden is directly in front of the cottage which is in the courtyard of the hamlet of which we are the only occupants. The village of St.Vaury (1km away) has several small shops (2 bakeries, 2 tabacs, 2 banks, 1 post office, one pharmacie, one charcuterie, 2 doctors) and Gueret is 10 km away where there are plenty more shops.
We live across the road so are available for any assistance or advice should you need it.
We are between La Souterraine (20mins) , Gueret (10mins) and Dun le Palestel (15 mins)so very well positioned for house hunters.
We are in the middle of several cycle/walking tracks of varying difficulties.
We have 10 acres of land you can wander in.
