Just 45 minutes drive (30kms) from Limoges Airport (Bellegarde) set outside the small village of Vaulry in the stunning Blond Mountains of the Limousin region is this beautiful one storey, fully furnished 4 bedroom house along a quiet country road. 6 kms from the towns of Blond and Cieux it is an ideal area for walking, mountain biking and cycling.

The pretty, medieval town of Bellac, 12 km away has an excellent range of supermarkets and shops as well as a large outdoor pool complex complete with slides (but is never too busy). Lac du St. Pardoux is just 30 minutes away by car and offers a sandy beach, swimming in the lake, kayaking and other water based sports. For those who like horse riding there are many equestrian facilities catering for all levels including highly advanced coach and 4 driving horse teams ! Golfers are catered for in the region, with the best course being at St. Junien just 35 mins away.

Limoges itself is the capital city of the area and has all the shopping, night life and restaurants which you would expect to find in a large French city, as well as a wonderful history and world famous porcelain. Le Dorat, about 40 minutes away, is famous for its walled fortifications, and with a lovely horse racing course. The road network is excellent, and a number of airlines fly to Limoges airport including Ryan Air.
