Characterful stone house in a small village.In the Limousin region of France near border with the Dordogne.

On three levels, ground floor has all modern facilities and is open plan in style with wood-burner and modern kitchen. Whilst upstairs, it has more of a distinctive French feel. Additional en suite bedroom in 'Sous-sol'.

There are two bathrooms, one a full size family with shower and bath, the other an 'en suite' with shower.

The house sleeps 6-8 people; there are 4 bedrooms, 3 doubles and a twin.

Large kitchen /dining/living room with fridge,Induction hob,oven and microwave. Additional fridge-freezer, washer and dryer in utility.

Heating is by wood burning stove in lounge area and electric convector heaters throughout.
Wood is included in rate.

Large South facing terrace with barbecue and gazebo. Plenty of public green space in village.

2 adult bikes provided. Cycle path Chalus to Oradour-Sur-Vayres passes through village
