Located on the edge of the Natural Regional Périgord Limousin Reserve , this gîte is the ideal place to spend a relaxing time in a quality environment which has managed to keep its natural surroundings and its authenticity.

A 110m² detached house with a 30m² terrace opening out onto a large garden (1500 m² ), shared with the owners.

Groundfloor :
Kitchen (16 m²) with refrigerator / freezer, gas cooker (oven + 4 burners), washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, mixer, electric carver, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, raclette set, fondue set, hoover...
Dining room (14 m²), bathroom with shower (4 m²) and independent toilet (2 m²).

Living room (20 m²) with TV, CD / DVD player, amp, speakers.

Possibility to replace 1 double bed by 2 single beds on request.
