Built in 1611, this beautiful 17th Century stone longere was totally refurbished in the 80s and is has 5 bedrooms in the main house and 2 in the gîte.
Situated in beautiful countryside yet only 2 km from the local village and (equidistant between Avranches and Granville), only 8 km from the beautiful sandy beaches at Carolles and Jullouville - known to be the most beautiful in Southern Normandy. Many homes around here are owned by Parisians as second homes. The whole area comes to life in the summer, but equally out of season you can enjoy long walks on the beaches, often completely alone - perfect for taking your dogs for a long weekend walk.
The property is set in grounds of about 2.800m2 sq meters (0.69 acres) is a very peaceful home with commanding views over a totally unspoilt valley. It has gardens to the front and back of the house , and the gîte has its own small garden also overlooking the valley. The garden has a wide range of mature trees including ash, oak, cherry, eucalyptus and willow. In the back garden there is a small pond with a family of goldfish (14 at the last count!).

The same building also has a separate small office and garage. Lovely property on the western side of the Normandy peninsula, ideal for permanent or second home !
