Three pretty modernised stone-built gîtes renovated from the old stable block.

* Glycine: 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 2 single beds (first floor, sleeps 6), 2 bathrooms, a large sitting/dining area
* Camelia: 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, (sleeps 4), 2 bathrooms, sitting room and separate kitchen
* Muguet: 1 one bedroom (sleeps 2), 1 bathroom, kitchen, sitting room and bathroom
* La Petite Maison: 3 bedroom cottage with 3 double beds (sleeps 6)

All the gites are independent and located in the courtyard of the Manoir. Each gîte is self-contained, fully-equipped and comfortably furnished with individual terraces and/or gardens. Garden furniture and BBQ is provided. Heating for all accommodation is by electricity and/or wood burning stove.

The Cottage sits in its own grounds, it is southfacing over the French countryside with private parking, paved patio & BBQ area, terrace from the lounge to a large flowered garden.

* A Welcome Pack of local produce is provided with all accommodation
*There is ample secure parking for all guests and visitors. There are also areas for walking around the Manoir grounds and some animals are kept for children to visit.
*Adult/children bicycles are available on request.
*Open all year and available from 1 night to long-term lets
*Groups can be catered for using the rooms in the house and gîtes/cottage (30-35 people)
* Owners live on site.
Location:
We are located 12kms from the historic town of Domfront and 7kms from the famous French spa town of Bagnoles de l'orne.
1 1/2 hours will take you to the Normandy beaches.
2 1/2 hours by car to Paris (or take the train)
10 mins from Normandy National Forest Park

Rental Conditons:
* Arrivals are between 4-7pm
* Departures are 10am
* There is a small fee for cleaning, electric, bedlinen and personal towels. Kitchen linen, pillows, blankets and pillows are provided free of charge.
* 25% Deposit and 150 Euros security deposit are requested at time of booking. Rest of payment is due 3 weeks before arrival.
* Payment is by euro cheque or credit card
