The fishermen's lodge boasts a large games/living/dining area (46m²) with wood burning stove and television, and a separate enclosed new shower room (5.5m²) with shower, WC and wash hand basin.

The garage is designed for one car, however is currently used as a bait room (11m²).

The lake is a haven of peace and tranquility and the site has been well thought out. A small lane separates the lake from the house, providing the owner's residence with privacy when fishermen are on site.

All the swims on Lac Serenity offer the angler plenty of visible features and water to fish to, lily pads and over hanging bushes in the margins offer the fish plenty of cover during the warmer months and are ideal hotspots for laying your traps. Under the surface the lakebed has patches of silt and is relatively snag free, the rest of the lakebed is made up of bars, troughs and holes again all ideal hotspots and target areas for searching out your quarry.
