Access to the house is from the main street, through a porch, oak front door that opens onto an open plan lounge, dining area, fitted oak kitchen, and additional lounge/reading room. A key feature of this area is the double sided fireplace. A set of French double windows opens onto a hall with access to a WC, a utilty room and shower room and a wooden staircase leading to the 1st floor.
The first floor has a spacious landing, bathroom and has 5 large bedrooms (one of them with a small covered terrace + balcony and High Speed Internet access facility, ideal for an office!). 3 of the bedrooms and the bathroom have spacious built in wardrobes/cupboards.
Three sets of French windows open onto the South facing 2 level garden and a terrace. Garden furniture can be stored in the spacious boiler room next to terrace. For the keen gardener and cook, the orchard has 2 large fig trees, 3 almond trees, an olive tree, vines, and a few plum + pear trees.
Outbuildings (old forge) add a lot of character to the garden, but are not currently included in the property rental. A 5-car parking bay is available, right next to the house, on the village side.
