This beautiful detached rural property is situated on the outskirts of a small village and yet just a short drive away from the bustling market and tourist town of Aire sur l’Adour.

The town which lies on the river Adour in the Landes region of Southwest France, famous for its delicious foie gras and fabulous wines, is a mixture of old and new with plenty of shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and all services and amenities.

Set on the border of the Gascon (Gers) and the Landes which offers the most stunning views in South West France.
La Jeanne is a complete independant Villa catering comfortably for up to 8 people. The cottage has recently been completely refurbished to the highest standard.

What,s inside ?

The main door opens into a large fully fitted kitchen diner with exposed beams and tiled floor and leads into the bright lounge with a wooden staircase. A hallway from the lounge gives access to a large double bedroom, a toilet, huge sink and hydrotherapy shower cubicle. There is also an automatic washing machine. A door in the hallway allows access to the rear of the property and private driveway..

The wooden staircase from the lounge leads you to the first floor which is a fabulous attic conversion. The mixture of the old and modern features creates a warm and stylish space and comprises 2 large double bedrooms separated by a 2nd lounge or further bedroom should the need arise.

We live on site, speak French and English and are happy to help with suggestions of places to visit, house hunting or just getting to know more about the area.
