In the Gers (Midi Pyrenees), large house converted in a Gite with 5 guest rooms with terrace, park, swimming-pool, just in front of La Tour De Termes built in the 13th Century.

Termes d’Armagnac is a small village dominated by a medieval tower, old residence of the Armagnac lords. The tower is now a museum where you can appreciate the history of people who lived at its time.

Located at the center of the village of Termes d’Armagnac, the RELAIS DE LA TOUR has a vast park and a swimming pool

Old post station from 1835, the recently restored house has luminous and spacious rooms. The living room is equiped of a cable television and billiards. Close to the billiards, the bar is reserved exclusively to our hosts (licence 4).

Large room for 4 people including a bedroom with an electric double bed (the two individual mattresses can be adjusted separatly) and a bedroom with two single beds. The two rooms are linked by a bathroom : bath - shower, double bassin lavatory and toilets.

THE GITE

Perfect to receive 4 to5 people, the gite has a privative terrace and car park. It is composed of a kitchen opened on a vast living room, of a roomy bathroom with shower balnéo, lavatory and toilets, of a parental bedroom and a second room with 2 single beds. The kitchen is entirely equipped: refrigerator, freezer, microwaves, gas cooker, furnace and washing machine.
The living room has a sofa bed .


How the gite works?

The hiring is carried out for a week from Saturday midday until next Saturday midday. In low season, it can be rented on weekend for 2 or 3 days.

The swimming pool as any other activity offered to the RELAIS DE LA TOUR's customers is naturally opened to the tenants of the gite.

The household linen (cloths and towels) is provided.

The cleaning of the gite is the tenants’ responsibility. However, a cleaning service at the end of the stay is possible for 30 euros.

EATING

Welcome in the Gers, in Armagnac…
Area with a generous gastronomy where the duck is the star product, and also refined as its armagnac (strong alcohol drunk as a digestive) which is distilled with a know-how unchanged during centuries.

Table d’hôtes :

The table d’hôtes, held by Beatrice the evening, offers a large part to soil products : western south tastes, Basque cooking and its famous pepper of espelette.

Dinners and breakfasts are taken on the covered terrace the summer and inside when it is colder.

For lunches, a kitchen has been arranged for our hosts eager to eat there. A refrigerator, a microwave, a sink and crockery are at your disposal.
