It is completely self-contained with its own entrance and parking bay. The main house consists of three floors and has a large secluded garden - ideal for that relaxing holiday.

The gite is situated alongside a stream at the edge of the medieval village of Catus, 15 Kms from Cahors, and close to major tourist sites in the region. A shaded footpath on the other side of the stream leads to the Lac Vert leisure lake - a pleasant 15 minute walk in the shade of trees and alongside the stream.
