Nestling in the charming village of SAINT PIERRE TOIRAC, between FIGEAC and CAJARC, our beautifully restored 16th Century Cottage sleeps 2/4 in great comfort.

Each BEDROOM is decorated with antiques, and has ample storage space.
The first double bedroom has a balcony and also an en-suite wash basin & W.C. The second bedroom is a single / twin bedded attic room. An extra double bedroom, opening onto the terrace on the ground floor, is available during the late spring to early autumn months.

The BATHROOM has a modern spa shower and wash basin. There is an additional separate W.C. Linen and towels are supplied. There are heaters in every room for winter lets.

The spacious LIVING & DINING ROOM, with its inglenook fireplace has comfortable seating and antique furniture. A TV and DVD player are provided. WIFI Internet is available.

The KITCHEN is extremely well-equipped with gas cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and other useful appliances.
The UTILITY ROOM has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & board.
There are two very large ground floor CELLARS useful for storage.

The SOUTH FACING TERRACE sheltered is surrounded by fragrant plants and trees. A BARBECUE and deckchairs are provided under the Pergola.
