An old, stone built village house... very nice! This property is situated right in the heart of a village. A village that is built up around a long and winding road from Martel to Rocamadour. Many of the properties are staggered down the hill below also. Just very very pretty!
In pretty good condition throughout, it is actually very spacious for one of these older type of houses. Ok, as with most of the old places there is some quirkiness....

As I said, there is a huge lounge/dining room. Beautiful old stonework in this room and a very handsome cantou fireplace dominates the lounge part. Exposed beams and stonework make it actually quite a cosy feeling room despite the size.
The kitchen is a good size. Rustic kind of feel to it but everything you need. From the kitchen it leads onto the storage area.
As you will have seen from the lounge photo, above that is a huge mezzanine, just so very sunny and a such a nice place to have an office area I thought.
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms also on this floor. 15m² and 12m². One of the bathrooms is nice - one blue!
Onwards and upwards, here we come to the particularly quirky part. Here is where you find the third bedroom. It's a restoration in process! You have to walk through the yet unfinished hallway, through the unfinished parts of the attic to get to it and the third (blue) bathroom. So needs a little tidying up up there, but you could even add another bedroom or play area if you wanted to.
The garage is quite precariously positioned, right on the bend of the road! A nice little stone built garage though.
Not a huge garden with this one. In fact there is a terrace in front of the house and to the side. At the moment the view is blocked by an old property but the Maire has recently bought this to knock it down. Wow, then you have a view too! I took a sneaky picture from behind that property to show you....
