These two plots are situated just on the edge of the village of Tourtrol, 4 miles away from the medieval town of Mirepoix.  They are both 3500msq and offer amazing views over the country side and woodlands.  They are also next to the tennis courts.   Both have permission to build on them.  The village is extremely warm and welcoming and holds several fetes throughout the year.  There is also a local school and boulangerie.  It's a 30minute drive to Carcassonne airport and an hour to Toulouse.  The beach is an hour away also and there is fantastic family ski-ing at Mont D'Olmes (45mins) or for the more adventurous Andorra (1hr).  The area offers just about something for everyone - an ideal place to invest in.
