Situated in the peaceful Gers countryside, the self-catering cottage of La Taupinière will be the ideal setting of your holiday.
Close to the Pyrénées foothills and at the crossroads of the roads leading to Auch, Toulouse and Lannemezan, the small village of Moncorneil-Grazan is located between the Arrats valley and the Haut-Astarac hills. It’s halfway up one of these hills that you will find the Cassaet, an old farm dating back to 1740 recently renovated following the traditional techniques whose crowning moment has been the fitting of the self-catering cottage of La Taupinière.
Its wholly independent path goes to the back of the house, on the first floor, with a big wood terrace leading to a wonderful one-acre garden and to its large pond abounding in lotus, frogs, moorhen and dragonflies. The gîte can be rented with a double room (+ possibly 1 child) or with two rooms (for 4 to max. 6 people in total). The price of the hiring with one room rises, according to period, from 290 to 490 euros per week, the option “second room” costs from 95 to 125 euros more.
