Fully kitted out studio flat that sleeps four

The Studio flat in Ste Marie de Campan is small but beautifully formed. It sits as a part of the "Vieux Village" developement of appartments , probably the newest building in this fabulous old mountain village. Ste Marie de Campan is mid way between Bagneres-de-Bigorre and La Mongie, the purpose built ski resort. The Tour de France normally runs through the village in all its excitement bringing hussle and bussle to the normal tranquility.

I bought the Studio as a very convienient, maintainance free, easy to run, compact place to stay for short breaks and holidays. I have enjoyed rental income from mainly Brits who are exploring the area. I only really want to sell the studio (and all it's contents) to someone who is interested in having a bolt hole in the region. The price of 60,000 Euros represents great value for money and I won't sell it for any less.

The Studio flat would make a good investment in French bricks and mortar and is probably cheaper than a decent caravan!

The outgoings are minimal and more than covered by the rental every year.
