This Brand new one bedroom apartment is located on 30, Rue Cler in the 7th. It is 32 sq meters of size, and is located on the 6th floor With Elevator of a nice and renovated building , the nicest you can find on that street. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
From the apartment , you can enjoy a nice typical Paris view and you can see the Invalides' Dome.
The apartment has been completely renovated in August 2002. All amenities and appliances are brand new. It features a bedroom with closets and hand basin (very useful for morning face wash when the bathroom is already busy), and a living room with american kitchen, very well equipped. The bathroom has a sink, and has a bath with wall mounted unit to serve as a shower, and toilets.

Rue Cler is a famous traffic free and open market street and pedestrian street. It is also centrally located, and from the apartment , you will be within walking distance to the Eiffel tower, St Germain des Prés and Champs Elysées, and many more locations. The neighbourhood is very safe, and the apartment very quiet although the street is lively.
