This elegant 2 Bedroom 1 bath apartment, in the prestigious, safe 7th arrondissement, boasts an unbeatable location with views that will make you swoon.

It also has smashing views of the Invalides, with its gold dome glowing against the night sky, the Pantheon, plus Sacre Coeur, the American Cathedral, the Palais de Tokyo and endless spectacular views out across the roofs of Paris in every direction. No matter where you are in the apartment you have spectacular views.


Truly an exceptional property, it has been fitted with the finest materials, including hardwood floors throughout, a bathroom done entirely in Carrera marble, Bamboo flooring on the large terraces, silk draperies, satin baroque bedspread in one bedroom and French toile in the other. The furnishings are a carefully combined mixture of antiques, new pieces and reproductions all married harmoniously with taste and comfort in mind. Rich, elegant and stunning describe it best.


The master bedroom features a French queen bed with memory foam, stunning mirrors and paintings and a large closet as well as French doors opening onto a large terrace with the money view of the Eiffel Tower.

The second bedroom (small size) contains a French daybed with a special mechanism that opens into twin beds or a kingsize bed.

When open, the bed takes up literally the entire width of the room so that it must be returned to its daybed status each morning in order to get to the room’s large closet.

The apartment also has a leather sofabed, queensized that is easy to operate and a thick, comfortable mattress. 
The living room has French doors on each end that open onto the terraces. The apartment is on the 9th floor with elevator, high above anything else around it so the views are uninterrupted and truly spectacular, day and night.

Since there are two terraces, one can choose between sun and shade all day.

The terraces are furnished with tables and chairs to be fully enjoyed for meals or wine and cheese with the Eiffel Tower so close you can almost touch it. You can see pretty much the entire tower, not just a piece of it.

The living room also features a huge plasma television and cable with English channels plus high speed internet. Telephone calls to the USA are free.

The bathroom is constructed entirely of Carrera marble and is reminiscent of a 5 star hotel bathroom. It features a glass door panel that hydraulically lifts and then swivels out of the way.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave/grill oven, coffeemaker, toaster, ustensils, pots and pans, bakeware, and anything you need to cook a meal at home, all upscale of course.

The china is Limoges, the crystal is French, the countertops are tile. The kitchen also contains a washer/dryer and a fridge.

The apartment is fully airconditionned but usually you will find it nicer to use the ceiling fans and open the French doors onto the large, inviting terraces.

There is always a strong breeze in nice weather so evenings are just magical.


The apartment is well located with metro, RER and bus routes easily accessible to anywhere in Paris. Only one block from the Seine and a 7 minute walk from the famous rue Cler markets it is also surrounded by wonderful places to eat and shop. You can easily walk to the upscale shops of the Avenue Montaigne on the other side of the river or you can shop in style all through the district.

The Musee D’Orsay is nearby as is the Rodin Museum, the Invalides, the American Church and many other key sites of Paris.

You will feel completely safe returning late at night. Not only is the area safe but the apartment is located on courtyards in both directions and in a separate building behind a double door coded entrance system. 


The apartment sleeps 5 but is probably best suited for no more than 4 adults or 2 adults + 3 children.

Your host in Paris speaks fluent English and is happy to give help in finding whatever you need in the city. You are met and introduced upon arrival and we can also arrange for a driver to pick you up and bring you to the apartment for very little more than a taxi.

In fact if your party is larger than 3 the price would be about the same as a taxi only you are met and brought directly to the apartment.
It would be hard to find a more perfect home away from home in Paris than this property, so warm and welcoming with every comfort you are accustomed to yet so incredibly French and elegant.
