The property is near to all amenities such as the Super U, 5 minutes by car, and 2 villages both a similar length of car journey. Also, in one of these villages, there is a 4 star camp site, which has a public outdoor swimming pool. The larger chic town of Saumur is a 20 minute car journey if you require a larger choice of amenities.
There are many chateau in the area to visit, as well as plenty of degustation opportunities at the wine caves etc. The Mushroom caves at Gennes are a 15 minute drive away.
Disneyland Paris is a 3 hour drive, and Le Mans is 40 minutes away.
An alternative campsite alongside the River Loire, is only 10 minutes away. When the water level is low, this exposes a very nice stretch of sand in a pretty riverside cove, if you do not want to drive further for a beach.
