A tranquil setting, with 1/2 acre of land. A country lane separates the Farmhouse from the river which runs alongside. A perfect getaway for Cyclists, walkers, Artists, and Fisherman alike.
The property has shower, bath, wc, small kitchen with cooker. A separate Lounge with stunning tofu fireplace, unused as central heating is throughout the house. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed, and 1 twin. Also there is a double sofabed in the lounge. The property is near to all amenities such as the Super U, 5 minutes by car, and 2 villages both a similar length of car journey. Also, in one of these villages, there is a 4 star camp site, which has a public outdoor swimming pool. The larger chic town of Saumur is a 20 minute car journey if you require a larger choice of amenities.
There are many chateau in the area to visit, as well as plenty of degustation opportunities at the wine caves etc. The Mushroom caves at Gennes are a 15 minute drive away.
Disneyland Paris is a 3 hour drive, and Le Mans is 40 minutes away.
An alternative campsite alongside the River Loire, is only 10 minutes away. When the water level is low, this exposes a very nice stretch of sand in a pretty riverside cove, if you do not want to drive further for a beach.
