A totaly renovated 300 year old cottage at the end of a quiet country lane in an idyllic setting in the Pays De La Loire region of France.
This charming cottage has been restored to a high standard,incorporating mainly original features such as beams and stonework.

The kitchen is oak, hand built by the neighbour, has an open fireplace, dining area with solid oak table.All usual amenities available.
The hall houses the stairs and cupboard for storage along with the water tank.
Living room is spacious with tradional style wood burner and French doors leading out to driveway,garden and swimming pool.

Stairs lead to the first floor and a very open landing, 2 bedrooms and bathroom.
