A semi-detached country cottage, full of character, very quaint and charming with old terracotta tiled floors, huge fireplace, thick stone walls and beams.
The cottage is bigger than it appears from the photos and is large enough for a small family home or for holidays with a bit of alteration and thoughtful planning. The property is in a hamlet of two properties and is surrounded by fields for horses, since the neighbour is a breeder. The property boasts a large garden, with vegetable plot, lawn areas, a working well and enough land for animals if required. The cottage faces south and is believed to date back to the early 1700's. It is habitable and in good structural condition, although it is no longer able to be used by the owner, due to overseas work commitments.
