Villa Lairoux is set on the edge of the village of Lairoux, only 15 minutes from the beaches of the southern Vendee. The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and has a large garden and swimming pool.
The lounge is open plan and there is a large sofa and two armchairs set around a wood burning stove. There is a dining table and chairs for up to 8 people and this table converts into a snooker table for your enyoyment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster and has a small table and chairs as well.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor - one with double bed and the other with two single beds, each with plenty of storage space and views onto a small courtyard. There are two bathrooms on the ground floor - one with a bath, overhead shower, hand basin and WC and the other with a shower, hand basin and WC. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. The washing machine is located in a small utility area.

There are two further bedrooms on the first floor, again, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, each with storage and views towards the garden.

Outside, there is a large patio area with tables and chairs, as well as sun loungers for relaxation. The pool overlooks the gardens and there is also a ping pong table and bicycles for your use.

There is ample off-road parking for up to 4 cars.

Bed linen is provided for your stay, but please bring your own towels.
