A renovated 16th century 3 bedroomed farmhouse with 4 gites and 30ft * 15ft newly renovated pool set around a pretty courtyard and gardens in a small rural farming hamlet in the charente.

On entering the farmhouse ( approx 140m2) from the main courtyard you enter into the large traditionally renovated french style kitchen with fitted cuboards and fireplace with its large woodburning fire . This fire also economically runs the central heating and heats the hot water as well as heating the kitchen. (In summer the hot water is heated by an electric storage tank).
