Small studio with ensuite shower room, kitchen area with microwave, kettle and refrigerator.  The room has a double bed and a sofa bed, armchairs and a dvd player.   Own entrance and garden area,  Parking.   The studio is offered on a bed and breakfast basis for two people at 30 euros per night.  It is possible to have an evening meal and packed lunches can be provided if needed, bike hire is available.                                                                                    

There are numerous walking and cycling tracks through beautiful countryside,  We are situated 40 mins from Angouleme, 1 hour from Bordeaux and about 1 hour from Bergerac.   Aubeterre is 15 minutes drive away and is reputed to be one of the most beautiful villages in France.   There are swimming lakes and river swimming facilities in the area.   The coast is approx  an hour away.     Horse riding , Golf and Tennis are available locally.    Chalais the nearest large town about 10 minutes drive has a large market every Monday.
