The property has full planning permission to create a 3-bed main house, plus 3 x 2-bed gîtes. Change of use taxes have also been paid on the property to change the use of the buildings from agricultural to habitable and permission has been received to install a swimming pool. One gîte, “Rose Cottage” has been completely renovated and refurbished to a very high standard.
