The views of the surrounding countryside are breathtaking, with fruit trees.

The local village, St Genis de Santonage is 3 mins away, by car - has several boulangeries, and all the amenities including bars and restaurants and 2 supermarkets.

Jonzac is 15 mins away, again with all the usual shops and restaurants you would expect, including night markets during the month of August.
