Situated on the edge of a small village, this traditional "Maison de Maitre" is within easy reach of the larger market towns of Rouillac and Jarnac,  famous for its Courvoisier Cognac. The house has plenty of character and charm although is in need of complete renovation to bring it back to it's former glory. It has, however, a new slate roof and new cut stone windows to the rear, electricity and a well, although it will need a septic tank with plumbing for bathrooms, water connected, new floors, plastering etc . . .
