Four self-contained houses make up this complex, which can be rented separately or all together. The location is rural, in the middle of rolling fields and chestnut woods, and the houses are situated in an enclosed, gated plot away from the road. The 12 x 6 m pool and sundeck and bar are housed in a separately fenced section of the garden, the rest of the grounds being laid to lawn with pretty shrubs and mature trees.
The farmhouse has four bedrooms - three of them doubles, including one on the ground floor, and the fourth arranged as a childrens' dormitory. Comfortably sleeps 10. The three cottages all have two first floor bedrooms, arranged as a twin and a double. Each sleeps 4/5. There is a communal laundry room and freezer, as well as some games equipment. Mountain bikes are available to borrow on site, and the neighbour's huge fishing lake is available for use by prior arrangement.
