Situated on the edge of the town and on the edge of the river, though with no risk of flooding, this house has spectacular views and a very ‘cosy’ courtyard. Into the house we have a sitting room with old tiled floor and fireplace, a WC is situated under the stairs as is a small pantry style cupboard. Up the steep stair we come onto a landing gives access to the VERY small kitchen – you won’t be conjuring up too many masterpieces here, but it will certainly work for you and your guest’s breakfasts or rustling up the salad to go with the BBQ. To the right off the landing, we have a large bedroom with parquet floor, a washbasin and a big window giving a gorgeous view over the river and up to the impressive viaduct. Back through the kitchen and a back door gives onto the smallest courtyard ever – though it isn’t closed in, so is quite usable, a flight of stone steps takes us up to another bedroom at the top of the house which has parquet floor and that view again. A real doll’s house this, but well worth a look at this price!

Etant sise à la sortie d’une petite ville et à bord de la rivière, cette maison profite des vues magnifiques et d’une courette minuscule. On entre toute de suite dans le salon avec sol carrelé et cheminée. Le WC est sous l’escalier dans un petit placard. L’escalier assez raid amène à un palier qui donne accès à la plus petite cuisine que j’ai jamais vu ! Du même palier on accède aussi à une grande chambre avec un joli parquet et un lavabo sous la fenêtre arrière. La fenêtre devant ouvre sur une vue imprenable de la rivière et le viaduc impressionnant. A l’étage aussi est une porte pour sortir dans la courette toute menue. Elle a un aspect sud-est donc elle va quand même voir le soleil jusqu’au milieu de l’après-midi l’été. De la courette, des marches en pierre montent à une deuxième chambre, également avec du parquet et la même vue imprenable. Pour l’instant il n’y a pas de douche, donc ça serait plus logique d’installer un petit coin cuisine dans le salon et de faire une salle d’eau à la place de la cuisine existante. C’est une vraie maison de poupée mais à ce prix ça vaut le coup de faire les quelques petites modifications pour qu’elle soit une sympa petite résidence secondaire.
