A rear door leads to what should be a quite charming little terrace – unfortunately it is rather more a dog-run, than a pleasant place to sit out!A large attic is accessed from the landing and is eminently convertible to another two bedrooms. Over the little road to the front, we have a garage through which we pass into the riverside garden, which, again, should be simply gorgeous (it isn’t but it should be!). After some very unpleasant surprises, the really pleasant surprise is what you could make out of this – and the price! Great opportunity!


Actuellement loué à des locataires avec des chiens, cette maison est en bon état, mais est un peu en désordre. La maison dispose d’une cuisine de bonne taille, partiellement aménagée, un grand salon et une salle de bains énorme. A l’étage nous trouvons un palier avec un WC et un couloir qui nous amène à deux grandes chambres avec de très grandes fenêtres donnant sur la rue calme (et après, la rivière). Une porte à l’arrière mène à une petite terrasse qui sera très jolie et agréable après les chiens l’auront quitté. Un grenier convenable à être converti est accédé par le palier. Après avoir traversé la petite ruelle de devant, nous trouvons un garage et puis le jardin donnant sur la rivière. Ce jardin encore une fois, sera très agréable après que les chiens partent. Ce bien sera très agréable, il faut simplement regarder plus loin que le désordre actuel et à ce prix, avec une telle situation et une telle maison, cela est vraiment une affaire à saisir.
