Located in a charming village with a bar and boulangerie and close to large, thriving French towns with supermarkets, shops and bars. Major road networks are within a five minute drive and the cities of Poitiers and Limoges are about one hour away. Both have airports using low budget airlines. Some of the channel ports can be reached within about six hours. This area is well known for tourist attractions including the Valley of the Monkeys, Futuroscope, the racing circuit The Val de Vienne to mention a few. The beaches near La Rochelle are about an hour and a half, but you could visit man made beaches and water parks along the Charente River – just 15 minutes away.
