This Provencal-style house is in a small gated Residence Prive with a good-sized 20 metre pool surrounded by grass and trees which is only 2 steps from the house. This is shared but tranquil and rarely busy.
There are beaches within walking distance about 15 mins. Shops, restaurants and supermarkets are also fairly near.
Cannes is 15 minutes to the east by car; Nice Airport is about 30 mins by car.

There are three double bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two singles. There is also an attic room which can be used for storage and/or another single bed. One bathroom, a shower room and a downstairs cloakroom.

MMV is a good resort closeby, which is good for visiting, as non-residents are allowed in. The pool cafe sells take away foo, pizzas chickens etc which is useful. There is a bar and entertainment in the summer.

SKIING: Skiing is available at Grenolieres about 1 hour drive, Isola 2000 and Auron about 2 hour drive.
