Description

This unique, small and sunny apartment in an old town house with fully equipped kitchenette, shower room and WC, TV with DVD player, is a lovely place for 1 or 2 persons to make pleasant holiday at Côte d'Azur.
You have your own separate entrance door from the small square. In this quiet area no cars are admitted.
But if you rent a car, there are lot of underground parkings in Old Nice. The beautiful beach is only
1 minute walk away. There is a daily flower and food market on the famous Cours Saleya and all day on Monday an antique market. The bus terminal is 5 minutes walk away. You can take the bus and make excursion for
€ 1,30 to St. Paul de Vence, Monaco, Menton, Antibes, Cannes and mountains. For this unique low price (one way ticket) you can go by bus everywhere in Alpes Maritimes.
