Outside the house has its own very private terraced garden with large covered verandah. The house is on a popular 'residence' - there is a swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball, table tennis and boules facilities. It is situated just 10 minutes walk from the village of St Cezaire - a beautiful medieval 'perched' village, overlooking the Siagne river gorge. This is truly picture book Provence. There is a weekly Provencal market every Saturday and plenty of events and activities throughout the summer months. Grasse ( the world capital of perfume) is just 15 minutes away and the beaches of Cannes just half an hour.
