country estate with 6 bedrooms

I try to help my cousin to sell her enormous house. After repeated setbacks she is going to reconstruct her live elsewhere. Her magnificent estate is big, is located on a quiet spot and has at least 275 m2 living space. The living is 62 m2 with a fireplace and windows in three orientations. The house has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a big attic, huge wine cave, a garage, plenty terraces, an alley with lot of parking space and more. The panoramic view on the surrounding mountains is splendid. In the garden of 4200 m2 you can find some very old cherry trees. The estate is located in the most sought-after district of Gap 'Les Hauts de Ste Marguerite' a bit above the city but very quiet in the nature and with nice neighbours. Gap is the capital of the 'Hautes Alpes' and has all the facilities. It is a very nice city with a Mediterranean week market in the old centre. The climate is extremely pleasant with as much sun as at the 'Cote d'Azur'. The brand new A51 péage brings you in about 1.5 hours to the coast in Marseille. Easyjet and Ryanair provide cheap flight from Provence-Marseille airport. You can find a lot of splendid ski resorts around Gap at less than half an hour by car. There is also a wonderful golf course on the 'Col de Bayard', and you can enjoy the biggest artificial lake of France (beaches and sailing) nearby. Not to speak of the 'National Parc des Ecrins' where you can make hiking tours in summer. Gap features an international Jazz-festival in summer and a classic chamber music festival nearby.
