Stone stairs with handmade handrail from the Dining Room to the first floor landing. The floor is tiled throughout.   The first floor landing houses a wash basin and separate WC.


Living Room


The comfortable living room is light and airy, and enjoys splendid views from the window.  It is equipped with television, a double sofa bed and a single z-bed.   Curtains run the length of the room for privacy when occupied by people sleeping, i.e. others can walk through from upstairs or downstairs without being able to view the room and its occupants.  The floor is tiled throughout.


2nd Floor Landing


Wooden stairs with handmade handrail from the living room to the second floor landing.  The second floor landing houses a large built-in wardrobe with hanging and shelf space. It also houses iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner.  The shower room is also located on the second floor landing.


Bedroom


The light airy bedroom houses an almost new double bed, bedside tables and lamps and a chest of drawers.  There is a large “walk-in” shelved cupboard for storing linen etc. The views of the Dentelle Hills are magnificent from the window in this room.


Cellar


There is a small cellar under the kitchen, accessible from the outside of the house.  It houses a barbeque, tumble dryer, shelving for DIY equipment, tools, and is adequately sized to keep cycles.
