Moose place is a small slice of Heaven, perfect for vacation in summer or winter.

Our studio is south-facing and includes a sunlit terrace which offers access to a private residential garden: a wonderfully green escape situated next to a forest.

Having breakfast on the terrace or tanning in a patio chair is not only allowed but recommended at Moose Place! The patio area and furniture is available for your use.

The apartment accommodates four people owing to a new sofa-couch in the living room and two bunkbeds in the alcôve.

Blankets and pillows are at your disposal for relaxing nights in the calmness and purity of Haute-Savoie evenings!
For your convenience, a linen rental is available:
Sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, bathroom rug and dish towels:
8€ per week and per person.

Moose Place provides a small kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove burners, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and of course an appliance for making delicious raclette.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.

A residential parking lot offers a reserved space for your vehicle and skis may be kept in lockers situated on the building’s first floor.

Moose place is located in a beautiful residential area of typical Haute-Savoie charm, and only 900 meters from the center of Les Carroz.

Situated on the edge of the woods, this apartment offers pure calm and tranquility for a natural and relaxing getaway.
In front of the complex, an open grassy knoll allows for great sledding with the kids or snowmen making. The main road is far from the complex assuring your children’s security. In summer, donkeys and horses graze nearby.

Moose Place is located only 900 m from the center of town and only 1100 m from the nearest gondola.

You can reach the center of town in no more than 10 minutes walking thanks to a pedestrian pathway that is de-snowed and lighted in winter.

In summer the pathway turns into a wonderful promenade in search of the morning’s bread.

Looking to tear down the ski runs? Take the free ski bus that stops just 100 m in front of the complex and takes you to the base of the mountain in 5 minutes.

Le Grand Massif: Le Grand Massif is the fourth largest multi-ski resort area in the French Alps.
It combines five ski resorts (Les Carroz, Flaine, Morillon, Samoens, Sixt Fer a Cheval) and offers:
